The state of Wisconsin approved a minimum pay rate adjustment for certain home and community based services (HCBS). Starting October 1, 2024, the minimum pay rate for service codes S5125, S5130, and S5135 will be $16.32 per hour.

Please note, we will not receive authorizations with the updated pay rate until October 1, 2024. We will load the new authorizations as we receive them, but this process may take some time.

Time entry through the Sandata Mobile Connect app will not be impacted. As a reminder, caregivers must use the app for service codes that require Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).

On October 1, you may encounter errors on MyDirectCare.com when entering time for service codes that do not require EVV. If you encounter an error, please wait a day or two and then try again. Thank you for your understanding as we work to load new authorizations into our system.
