As a self-directed services provider, Consumer Direct Wisconsin offers three service options:

Fiscal Employer Agent – You are the employer; you hire and manage your own employees.  Consumer Direct Wisconsin assists with the paperwork.

Co-employment or Agency with Choice – Consumer Direct Wisconsin is the employer.  You manage your employees and Consumer Direct deals with the paperwork.

Fiscal Conduit or Vendor Payment – Consumer Direct Wisconsin takes care of paying for your services and goods. 

Consumer Direct is currently contracted with several Managed Care Organizations providing the Family Care option.  We have the ability to offer the Co-employment or Agency with Choice option through the IRIS Program, County-based Services and Private Pay.
